Gentlemen:

Several years ago...as some of you remember...it was predicted that forty million people would die in India...because of a terrible killer drought that had been going for two straight years...and there was no food. I went on radio and TV in Philadelphia, and stated that I would ask the Si's (UFO intelligences) to give India the rain it needed so badly, give the people there food, and save the forty million people. And, I added, I would do it to honor two people who had helped me in my work with documentation...Pat Shannon and Zelda. Shortly thereafter the rains came in India...and the people had more food than they could harvest...and the forty million people were saved. This was written up in the New York Times as some kind of miracle. (And I had it documented, also, by my contacts.)

Now I am telling you...a bit belatedly...that I have a special project going...to obtain the release of our POW's in North Vietnam. And I am doing this in honor of George Delevan of Mt. Prospect, Illinois, a wonderful friend of mine who has helped me when the going was tough and rough.

Am employing a "shotgun approach"...i.e., using many of my 150 psi-force mechanisms...to get our POW's back home with their loved ones safely...by this spring, or this summer.

You can say "well, the U.S. has been working on this for a long time." My answer: yes, and the U.S. hasn't succeeded. Also the U.S. is bombing the hell out of the North Vietnamese...and as long as it continues, the POW's will not be released without some kind of miracle.

It is my job (with the Si's) to provide that miracle...in a most unique way.

We shall see. Meanwhile, I work at it.

Dear Dr. Fogel:

Last weekend...has taught me, therefore you...something most significant. Let's look at it:

As you know...this lopsided happening is a first. Well, something happened to me...which, significantly, could have caused this first. Cause: I was deeply emotionally upset and even mentally confused...a rarity for me. Usually am a rock of steady, firm emotion and never mentally confused. BUT...the preceding Monday my ex-wife suddenly sent to me my 20 year old son, whom I hadn't seen in years. The boy had used dope...LSD and other things...and ruined his mind. His behavior and thinking patterns are confused, unpredictable, jumbled. Well, all week long I tried to be patient with him and fit him into our family pattern here. (My ex-wife sent him to me because she said she thinks I am the only person in the world who might get him back on his feet. He was going to a psychiatrist in Seattle, and a special mental clinic there.) (He's on medication which has to be given; which he fights taking...also.) All right. From Monday through the weekend of the games...I was going in circles with my son...trying to calm him down; trying to get him to take his medication; having new glasses made for him 20 miles away; buying him clothes. But the point is...he was having trouble adjusting to my wife, plus sibling rivalry re my 9 year old and 9 mos. old children here...and so forth. God, it was hell! By now, things are going smoother. I've found a method of getting him to take his twice-daily medication (by getting him to give me cough syrup first) and things are better adjusted. However...this negative-influence-factor, I am sure...resulted in last weekends wipe-out re my work...which had never occurred before. Do you see? Therefore: it is quite obvious to me...that my state of mind, freedom of thought, degree of uninterrupted concentration...are absolutely necessary to my usage of psi-force. If you will remember...when I got pneumonia last season...my games fell off then, also. That is, my PK ability waned, in results. So, although it was a bad bad week for me...in PK results...it was a good good week for us, scientifically speaking...in understanding better how the psi-force works. And...it showed.

Tomorrow...Saturday...will do my best to beat the Colts. I've done too well in injuring Griese, Czonka and Warfield...they are badly bent. Now I need them. Dam, Griese's left arm is in a sling; Czonka hurts in five different places; don't know the exact nature of Warfield's injury...it is just bad. And they are necessary to beat the Colts. Sunday: Cardinals to beat the Eagles; 49'rs to beat the At. Falcons; Packers to beat the Bears; Giants to beat the Cowboys; don't care Chargers-Broncos; Bills to beat the Oilers; Patriots to beat the Jets; Raiders to beat KC Chiefs. Monday: Redskins to beat the Rams.

If you read current Saga...then read newspapers day mag hit the stands...then you know: Bob Berry, QB of Falcons...was arrested at a dope party! The day before Bill Kilmer, QB of Redskins, was arrested for being drunk in public. Fascinating! And on 11/29/71 Jurgenson, QB of Redskins, was quoted: "I must be snake bit. I'm tired of being injured." His shoulder was reinjured last week.)

Re my Space-Skies PK: 12/6 "Spy Satellite" out of Cape K exploded at launch; our Mars probe has been blocked by "dust storms"; and the Russ landed a probe on Mars whereupon the probe promptly stopped sending! Went dead. (12/8/71). I am using various psi-force mechanisms to deliberately cause the above effects...and more.
