When you receive this, please begin a file folder labeled "Ted Owens (PK Man)"...and whenever you receive a letter from me, place it in the file folder.

Note: It does not necessitate an answer.

At the end of 6 months or a year...you should have an inside look at how UFO intelligences work, and their tremendous powers.

My key work will be documented, so that you will not be wasting your time.

I have selected you...to become one of a small but very very select group...to be my "contacts" for 1970-71.  
In this group are half a dozen noted scientists, authors, lawyers.

I think it is quite a genuine privilege to be in this group...

Please read about my work in Saga Magazine, articles coming in the July and August issues (actually Aug. and Sept.)...but get the first one on the July stands.

Most of you, of course, are already acquainted with my work, and have been my regular contacts.  
But some of you are new contacts...and I will send all of you at intervals the communications which I receive from the SI's (UFO intelligences); what they are doing; what they are going to do, etc.

And my documented proof as it occurs.

Keep my file active for a year, and see if it is not one of the most amazing things you've ever encountered.

I appreciate your willingness to include me on the list of persons who receive your statements. I look forward to the opportunity of reviewing these documentations from time to time, and I hope the procedure you have chosen will be helpful in your dealings with people from various professional fields.

Best wishes to you in your activities and in your attempts to provide evidence for your communications with UFO entities.
