=== **Page: 1 of 6** May 10, 1971.....TO ALL CONTACTS The enclosed material...will show you that I am just as accurate as ever in my "PK work". Causing things to happen. (1) Is copy of my letter to you of March 23, 1971...stating that the Si's would, from now on, attack space shots. (Also see my P.S. that I was putting fire and drought on the U.S.) (2) Newsclips from today's papers...the Mars rocket shot which NASA wonders why. They should have read my contact letter to you...then they would know why. (3) Is a copy of a letter that I sent to Dr. Max Fogel on March 30...in which I spell out exactly, in detail, how I am fire and drought to the U.S! My "PK work" with 6ather-dimensional mechanisms...has been fantastically successful. I assume you've been reading in the papers and seeing TV news stories about Texas, Oklahoma, Florida...and other drought-stricken areas of the U.S. Also you will note that almost daily now there are tornado attacks over the U.S. This is because of the "grid" that I have activated over the U.S. an "CDE grid", containing mechanisms from the other dimension. Last week was on the Allen Douglas Show, radio, Cleveland, Ohio, for an hour in the evening (ABC). (Show covers 38 States). Also was on the David Webster Show in Norfolk, radio, WOWI, for half an hour. Enclosed is xerox of page from Sports Illustrated magazine, May 3, 1971...which contains an article on my work. The writer was a bit haywire. I have never been in or even near, a carnival...either to attend one or to throw knives in one. And instead of his "photokinetic" substitute psychokinetic. Also coming up in the near future...an article in Sport Magazine, which you can look for. Am keeping you posted...on what I am doing, accomplishing, and why. How is my "Florida PK" doing? Not only has Florida had recent earth quakes, but Florida is now "receiving" "ll the land level is falling"! I just got this report. -Owens Ted Owens (PK Man) Ted Owens - Pk. Man Box 3134 CHS Norfolk, Va. 23514 The Si's told me last night... that the U.S. will be in danger of "physical attacks"... within 8 weeks' time. This is hard for me to believe. But they said it. -Owens PS - This xerox and mailing, cost me $15. Anyone want to chip in a few bucks to help out? === **Page: 2 of 6** March 23, 1971...TO ALL CONTACTS (Attention: Govt. agencies and scientists!) All right...this message is VITAL. The Si's communicated with me today and told me to pass on the following (and SOMEBODY had better LISTEN and get it out to the PEOPLE): (1) again they warn that ALL ANIMALS IN THE WORLD now are treed! (keep in mind that big seal-boat sank after baby seals were killed). The rule is: any hunter or human who kills an animal, and does not need it for food directly...will be tracked down and destroyed himself by the PA. The omniscient Omnipotent PA can rightly judge guarding that animal. (2) POLLUTION OF THE WATERS OF THE WORLD. The Si's give mankind just 90 days...to pass this word on around the world...before they begin their own PA action. Humans will no longer be ALLOWED to foul up the rivers, streams, lakes and oceans. The Si's give humans just 90 more days to quit fouling the waters of the earth...THEN THEY WILL TURN THE EARTH AGAINST ALL HUMANS...AGAINST MANKIND...AND IT WILL BE AN ALL-OUT WAR. And they remind us that we get the air we breathe from the seas and the oceans. The choice is ours to make. (3) The Si's have made a concrete decision. Remember, I managed to persuade the Si's to allow the Apollo 12 and 15 astronauts to return back to earth. The Si's had intended at that time to teach mankind by destroying the astronauts...but in deference to their only human link, myself, they softened. No more. Their warning today is loud and clear. They are now making the space around the earth, orbital space, deadly to humans. From now on any humans passing through the orbital zone or going into orbit...will be attacked by the same PA which the ancient Egyptians used to place in their tombs to attack those who opened the seal on the tombs. It is a guarantee of a tragic, violent death. If the next Apollo shot goes up...it does so after having been fairly warned by the Si's in this Contact letter. The Si's tell mankind to forget the moon...the Si's are trying to get the earth back into good condition. "Business as usual" people and politicians and the military will say they'll be hard about it. This applies to Americans, Russians, whatever. They say: GET YOUR EARTH BACK INTO GOOD CONDITION BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT OUTER SPACE...then after we get our earth back into balance with Nature...the Si's will allow us to make the outer space Gambit. (Interesting: the Si's told me that the oceans and seas have a deep intelligence which we humans are not aware of...because of the limitations of our senses that cannot comprehend or understand.) Incidentally, saw my '71 prediction letter of Jan. 14. Billy Graham has just had his operation...and Sinstre has just retired permanently (to spend all his time with family, and with "a persistent pain in his right hand." (Cancer?)) I have many more things to tell you...but will have to wait until I am able, financially, to do so. Am awaiting to hear from a deal now...that could make it so...and make it possible for me to team with the Si's and Nature to make the earth and mankind healthy and at peace. In closing...the Si's, in a goodwill gesture toward our govt., warn that militants will next use rockets and mortars in a surprise attack on our white house and other key buildings around it..Viet Cong style. It will be a "symbolic" attack, like the bomb that was planted in one of the buildings a short while ago. PS - I am putting this Ted Owens (Pk. MAN) - Owens and draught on the P.S. Ted Owens - Pk. (AP) - An attempt to send multimillion-dollar spacecraft Mariner 8 to an orbit of the planet Mars failed Saturday night when the second stage of the booster rocket tumbled out of control and plummeted into the Atlantic Ocean. "The mission is lost," the launch control center announced 15 minutes after an 11-story tall Atlas-Centaur rocket blazed away from Cape Kennedy at 9:11 EDT to hurl the 2,300-pound explorer toward its distant target. A spokesman for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration said the first stage performed perfectly during its first four minutes of flight and that the Centaur stage had separated and ignited but moments later there was trouble. "We had a serious problem," he said. "Our tracking charts fell off and we were not on course." Officials reported after studying radio data that the second stage began to deviate from course about 20 seconds after ignition and that it tumbled out of control at an altitude of 92 miles. They said the rocket stage and its precious payload fell into the Atlantic Ocean about 800 miles southeast of Cape Kennedy, some 250 miles north of Puerto Rico. Initial examination of data indicated there was electronic failure in the flight control system of the Centaur stage. The failure was a bitter disappointment for scientists of NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, Calif., who built the payload, the first intended to orbit another planet. They had been working several years to develop it and a twin spacecraft Mariner 9. Mariner 9 had been scheduled for launching toward an orbit of Mars May 18 but that flight probably will be delayed because of the trouble Saturday night. Experts will want to determine precisely what went wrong with the Centaur stage before committing to another launch. The space agency has until June 17 to launch Mariner 9. Then Mars moves out of favorable position, and will not be available for a target again until July 1973. No decision on Mariner 9 is expected for several days. Its Atlas Centaur rocket is sitting on a launch pad adjacent to the one used Saturday night. Total cost of the two missions is $153.6 million. The Centaur stage was to have fired for seven and one-half minutes to thrust Mariner 8 toward Mars at a speed of 24,600 miles per hour. The 2,300-pound spacecraft was to have traveled 287 million miles to reach the planet next November. With two space ships orbiting Mars, scientists would have been able to conduct different but complementary missions. Mariner 8 was to have performed a broad reconnaissance and mapping assignment. Mariner 9 was to have photographed six selected areas every five days to detect atmospheric, surface and seasonal changes. The two were to have relayed a total of about 8,100 closeup photographs as they swooped to within 530 miles of the surface during their expected three-month orbital lifetimes. The pictures, plus data obtained by sensors, could determine if a primitive form of life might exist on Mars. Officials emphasized the satellites were not equipped to find life but could detect conditions in which some form of life might exist, such as microbes, bacteria or rudimentary plants. Note: The Six not only reached the Mars - but they out of the sky - forced down attached and forced down the 3-man Russian orbit that went up into orbit a few weeks ago. The team, according to news reports, had to come back down because of "human and mechanical" trouble. - Dwane (2.) === **Page: 4 of 6** March 30, 1971 Today is May 9, 1971. Oklahoma and Florida are dried up from fire and drought Dear Dr. Loge: I thought I should explain specifically what I mean by "I am putting fire and drought on the U.S." Some years ago, even before I knew that it was the UFO's that I was in contact with...I took a map of the U.S. and put red asterisks all over it...and in my brain, using mental imagery, opened the "red box" which "the intelligence behind Nature" had instructed me to use...and mentally visualized red units being dispersed all over the map of the U.S. That year there were spectacular fires everywhere...west coast, Florida, everywhere. I am now repeating this exercise. Recently in Texas some old duffer was offered ten thousand to make it rain...he heated bricks or something. Laughable. And here my family and I are, literally starving...no job...and all of this power. So...I am repeating my exercise of some years ago. I will bring onto this country one of the worst sieges of fires and drought in history. Then perhaps, just perhaps...somebody will hire Dr. Mann to bring rain and I will be able to carry out his assignments. I have never failed, whether in Arizona, California, Nevada, Philadelphia, Miami or Norfolk...to make it pour rain in a storm, I always have been more than successful. Yet will anybody employ my services? I hope. Well, now we'll see. I am going to put the entire country over a barrel. The only human who can extricate the country from its predicament...is me. If something should happen to me...it will stay that way, forever. Fixed. This coming spring and summer...the entire U.S. will be blanketed with terrible heat...crops burned out...fires in forests everywhere, and in other places (causes unknown...UFO's?). Ships, even. If Dr. Mann is still not hired, with all this heat-carnage going on...then winter the U.S. will never forget. If the govt. thinks that I am a nut, then they have nothing to worry about. But I have ten years of experience of working in this psi-force medium. Every twist and turn...every cause and effect. From now on...it's me against the U.S. govt., until I get the backing I need to carry out his assignments. It's comical to me...to see the Vice Pres. and other politicians backing and filling...and the Viet war getting so much play. Comical. I truthfully now...that the combined military forces couldn't stand against what I could throw at them. I could sink all their ships; all their subs; knock down their source ships; tear apart their armies and navies. Most of this, Dr. Loge, has already been done in small measure and it is documented. But believe me when I tell you that it is actually true. I'll break down that last seemingly false claim...in what I've done, the Box I've done it. It is incredible; yet it is documented. And I could repeat it again, on a grand scale, world-wide. My power is not limited. Just my personal energy. Best to you, my friend... Nice guys finish last. Chauvinist pigs, it turns out, fin-ish 489th. ◆ Memo to The Irish Times: It's about that conservation poem you received in the mail from one Harley Quinn of the U.S. We know who the real Harley Quinn is: he is James Cagney, who retired from the movies years ago, never makes public appearances and is con-centently breeding horses on his upstate New York farm. Cagney is intensely worried about our environment and, in a break from his usual practice, is per-mitting us to identify the poet by his real name. The poem: You want to see the Shannon like the Hudson? Or the Liffey just as filthy as the Seine? Then bring on the arrogant asses And their garbage and their gasses, With pollutants plunging poison down each drain, Killing everything that's living, For which Nature's unforgiving, And the punishment will certainly fit the crime When Man, the creeping cancer, Will have to make the final answer As he smothers in his self- created slime. Here comes Coach Hank Stram, strolling around Palm Beach, Fla. with his wife and another couple. Hank is carrying a cam-era and his wife is carrying a large, yellow, flowered bag. Mrs. Stram spots a house she wants to photograph; she takes the camera and asks Hank to hold her bag. This is the moment, nat-urally, when a couple of teen-age girls pass by. "Hey," says one of them. "Isn't that Hank Stram, the coach of the Kansas City Chiefs?" "Which one?" her companion asks. "That one," says the first girl. "The guy with the yellow purse." Photokinetic and Space Intelli-gence Man of the Week (not too many contenders in this cat-egory) is Ted Owens of Norfolk, Va. Owens signs himself P. K. Man, meaning photokinetic, and has been described as "basically a legal secretary who's also been a knife-thrower in a carnival and a rainmaker in Miami." How-ever, none of these neat pursuits seemed to bring in much mon-ey, so back in February Owens decided to cast a spell upon the Baltimore Colts. And charge $100,000 to unhex them. Now, was it Owens' fault that Johnny Unitas tore his Achilles' tendon, Tom Matte got appendicitis and Sam Havrilak sprained his an-kle? Well, when a Philadelphia writer challenged Owens to "prove you can do something" the P. K. Man announced he would hex Tom Woodeshick of the Eagles, and within 15 min-utes Woodeshick was ejected from the game for fighting. Colt Owner Carroll Rosenbloom has dropped Owens a polite note re-questing him to remove Balti-more from his list of losers. "If you will advise me as to a course of action which we could fol-low...I will do whatever I can to comply," Rosenbloom wrote. But the question seems to be, will he come across with the $100,000? At Washington & Lee they've finally got that skeleton out of the closet. Back in 1872, two years after the death of Robert E. Lee, the general's favorite horse, Traveller, also died. For many years the horse's assem-bled bones were on display at the Lee Museum—folks used to enjoy that sort of thing—but then they were put into storage in 1963. Now the skeleton has been suitably and finally buried, complete with marker, in a spot, we are happy to report, not far from the Lee family crypt. "America Is..." was the theme of the fashionable Cleve-land Skating Club's annual ice show, held this year to raise money for the Olympics. Among the things the club felt America was was Bob Feller, out there on the ice pitching a plastic ball to local Little Leaguers. Without spikes—or skates. "This is more dangerous than facing Joe Di-Maggio with the bases loaded," Feller observed. Which shows how long it's been since he's faced DiMaggio with the bases loaded. Sinners banquet gathering in his honor in Baltimore. "I been aroun' the world—Kentucky twice," Brooks confided. "Been to two great ropin's, three chick-en pluckin's, and I never seen nothin' like this in all my born days!" We figured this beat Har-old Morris (Gomer) Hodge of the Indians, with his explanation that his home town of Ruther-fordton, N.C. was located "somewhere's 'tween Asheville an' Spartanburg, but a whole lot closer to Spindale, Sandy Mush and Frog Level." We figured that way because Robinson's quote had more words in it. "We're getting old, with nothing to do," a gray-haired witness identified as Grandma Kelly told the Illinois state legislature re-cently. "I don't smoke or drink or go to racetracks. We've got to have Bingo." Well, after that the legislature voted for the sec-ond year in a row to legalize Bingo. So if Governor Richard Ogilvie vetoes the measure—for the second year in a row—it's all his fault if Grandma Kelly takes up smoking and drinking and going to racetracks. 61 === **Page: 6 of 6** Very Pilot 5/9/71 Intelligence From Outer Space AM Stations (740) - Contemporary news; sunup-sunset.
