SCIENTISTS....

Appalled by the suffering of the children, and others, in Africa...caused by the horrible drought there...I've been begging the SI's (UFO's) for months to allow me to give rain to Africa, even though I could find no way to go there in person. Finally, two weeks ago, while I was in Las Vegas...they agreed. So I will now begin working with my other-dimensional powers, as well as my UFO friends...to provide rain to Africa and break the drought there...and try and save the 13 million people that the experts project will die if the rain is not forthcoming. But...the rest of the World Drought...is very much on!
