Targ and Putoff: Enclosed is a snapshot of an old castle...which I took outside Limoges, France, not long ago. But note, in the upper right corner...a triangular shape just up over the trees. Could it be a UFO? I had half a dozen of these snapshots enlarged...and they are all the same. The spot is on the negative...whatever it is. I was communicating with the SI's at the time this was taken...would really be something, if they actually showed themselves. Best...
