I understand that you have extensive drought in parts of Canada. I know that it sounds incredible, but I can end any drought that you have in your country.
Last year I was invited to lecture to some of the world's top scientists in the field of parapsychology, in London, England...and at the same time I ended the terrible drought in England...first informing the assembled scientists during my lecture.
I work for, and with, UFOs...and on occasion have produced UFOs at designated areas for scientists...and can supply an affidavit from a top scientist as proof.
