Today is May 9, 1971.
By this time Texas & Oklahoma and Florida are disaster areas from fire and drought (other state also are drought-stricken)

Dear Dr. Vogel:

I thought I should explain specifically what I mean by "I am putting fire and drought on the U.S."

Some years ago, even before I knew that it was the UFO's that I was in contact with...I took a map of the U.S. and put red asterisks all over it...and in my brain, using mental imagery, opened the "red box" which "the intelligence behind Nature" had instructed me to use...and mentally visualized red units being dispersed all over the map of the U.S. That year there were spectacular fires everywhere...west coast, Florida, everywhere.

I am now repeating this exercise. Recently in Texas some old duffer was offered ten thousand to make it rain...he heated bricks or something. Laughable. And here my family and I are, literally starving...no job...and all of this power.

So...I am repeating my exercise of some years ago. I'll bring onto this country one of the worst sieges of fires and drought in history.

Then perhaps, just perhaps...somebody will hire P.H. Men to bring rain and relief to the U.S. and I will be able to carry out 31 assignments. Whether in Arizona, California, Nevada, Philadelphia, Miami or Norfolk...to make it pour rain in the storm, and save the crops. Always I have been more than successful. Yet will anybody employ my services? Nope. Well, now we'll see.

I am going to put the entire country over a barrel. The only human who can extricate the country from its predicament...is me. If something should happen to me...it will stay that way, forever. Fixed. This coming spring and summer...the entire U.S. will be blanketed with terrible heat...crops burned out...fires in forests everywhere, and in other places (causes unknown...i.e. me). Ships, even.

If P.H. Men is still not hired, with all this heat-carnage going on...then I'll set up a winter next winter the U.S. will never forget. If the govt. thinks that I am a nut, then they have nothing to worry about.

But I have ten years of experience of working in this psi-force medium under my belt...know every twist and turn...every cause and effect. From now on...it's me against the U.S. govt., until I get the backing I need to carry out 31 assignments.

It's comical to me...to see the Vice Pres. and other politicians backing Viet Nam war getting so much play. Comical. I truthfully now...that the combined military forces couldn't stand against what I could throw at them. I could sink all their ships; all their subs; knock down their planes; tear apart their armies and navies. Most of this, Dr. Vogel, has already been done in small measure and it is documented. But believe me when I tell you that it is actually true.

If you ever want...I'll break down that last seemingly false claim...in detail for you. Tell you what I've done, and how incredible; yet it is documented. And I could repeat it again, on a grand scale, world-wide. My power is not limited. Just my personal energy.
