In your observance of the phenomene I am causing to happen...you are now privy to one of the strongest demonstrations the SI's (UFO Intelligences) have given to date. Using me, of course, as their link, or human contact, to inform you and keep you informed.
The reason for this letter...the SI's are now holding the drought locked onto the United States, with special targets being Texas and Florida. I notified you that this would occur...long before the current Texas, Oklahoma and Florida record drought began.
I also warned H. Ross Perot, the billionaire...quite some time ago...that the SI's would devestate Texas with drought, because he would not help me. It has since come to pass.
I also warned Evelyn Goodman, of Miami, Florida (wife of a prominent architect there) that Florida would be struck with a terrible drought...quite some time ago. She wrote back that it was raining down there copiously (this was quite some time ago, you see). I wrote her back to just wait...until the PK built up. Since that time it has...and Florida is now burning, literally. And instead of raining in Miami...the people are suffering from smoke inhalation.
But this drought, gentlemen, is only beginning...even though the water table in Florida is dropping an inch a day...the drought must continue until I get the financial help that I need to carry out the SI assignments, $100,000. Perhaps someone high up in government might listen, I really don't know. Texas has suffered 8 billion dollars already in drought damage; two-thirds of Oklahoma is, I understand, a disaster area from drought. And large portions of Florida are burned up, or burning up.
As I wrote to you last winter, in my regular Contact correspondence, this summer will be a searing hot blazing hell in the United States (check your file and see).
It isn't just the lack of rain...but the penetrating effect of the sun's rays, in an unprecedented manner, that is causing this record drought...the "lens effect" that I explained to you in a recent letter.
Am I doing it? Are the SI's doing it? What ODE (other-dimensional effects, of which I have 180 to use) methods are brought into play? Well, that's my secret. Since I am not a scientist, then I can be unscientific. But I do keep you well informed what is ahead. And what is ahead...is more of the same penetrating drought which will make this a nightmare summer...for the United States, and the farmers and ranchers. Unless I get my help so that I can help the SI's. If I do...get the help...then I can change the picture entirely, with SI help...bringing relief and rain to the entire United States quickly, thoroughly, gently and consistently. If...that is...I get the help I need. No answer to this is needed. But by now you know what I can do...and it would be wise to pass the word on, if you can...to persons who might be willing to make a deal with the SI's...in order to keep the U.S. from frying.
