Dear President Nixon:
My name is Ted Owens, called the "PK Man". I refer you to articles in Saga Magazine, written by Mr. Otto Binder, in Aug. and Sept. 1970, issues; also January, March and April issues. Also I just finished giving a trifling, relatively unimportant demonstration of my ability to control a pro basketball team mentally...written up in the Baltimore Sun Newspaper, the Washington Post, and the local paper in Norfolk. However, this is digressing.
For quite a long while...I have wondered what the UFO intelligences (same ones discovered by your NASA team in the Bahamas, led by Dr. Wright) had in mind for me, their only human representative and confident. I have been communicating with them for about six years, back and forth...and documenting it with lawyers, scientists, etc.
Today, just ten minutes ago...they broke through to my mind and told me what they went now. It is a different plan then they have had...but it is necessitated because, although they have proven that they are quite real...and proven that they communicate with me, by aforesaid documentation...no human, or human agency, has cooperated with me...in their, the Si (UFC), effort to save mankind by putting things to right in the world, bringing mankind back into balance, and friendship, with Nature...and blocking an oncoming nuclear war.
It is their wish now...that I be made a member of the United Nations. I will be their embassador of goodwill. In this capacity, it will be my duty to constantly bring about miracles, through Si-power, all over the world...constructive miracles...to help get the world back into proper order. This, actually, is the only real objective of the UFO's...always has been...but negetive demonstrations have been necessary in order to prove their reallity, their powers, through me, with advance documentation of what they would do.
I do urge you to give this unprecedented suggestion serious thought. My credentials are quite solid...em a member of Mensa, thus am no "man on the street"...and I have proven time and again my solid connection with the UFO intelligences. A priceless gift for the human race, this would be, if it were accepted.
