TO THE SCIENTISTS:

Utilizing my psi-force powers...I am going to cause a major earthquake in the Los Angeles to San Francisco area. Within 90 days (I hope).

There is a logical reason. In the papers today there was an article by Patricia McBroom of the Philadelphia Inquirer. She stated that the earth is wound up like a spring...in San Francisco and Los Angeles...just waiting to set off a major quake. She states that Dr. Deffeyes of Princeton University gave 50-50 odds that the ground would give off a major quake within 10 years. "Dr. Deffeyes was not predicting an earthquake in October because geologists do not know the timing or the size of the earthquake in advance."

Well, gentlemen...if my powers are on target...I do know the timing and the size of the quake. I am going to cause. A huge major quake...within 90 days...in the aforementioned area.

Dr. Deffeyes continues: "We know an earthquake is inevitable in San Francisco. It's going to happen. The sooner it happens the better off they (residents of the city) are." "The longer the earthquake is delayed, the bigger it will be." Dr. Deffeyes told the Council for the Advancement of Science Writing." "He also said he wished the Cannikin nuclear bomb test in the Aleutian Islands in early November had set off an earthquake...because at least the people were on guard and there is hope that artificial nuclear explosion could produce a smaller one than if it occurred naturally."

So there you have it. An earthquake now...could produce minor problems...compared with a later quake...as the "spring winds tighter."

So...I will cause the quake to happen.

In 1967...I put it in writing to scientists, lawyers, etc., that I would use my psi-force powers to cause a major east-coast blackout within 90 days. In less than 90 days...it occurred...completely knocking out the power in five east coast States. The "great daytime blackout", it was called.

Just more recently I notified scientists and responsible people, that I would use my psi-force powers...to divert, giant lava flows a mile wide and eight feet deep...from wiping out villages dead in their path. I was completely successful...there were seven of them, I believe, in all. They either stopped just short of the villages, or deviated and went around the villages. No village was destroyed. (One scientist even told me to skip it...to let "Nature take its course." I informed him that I can, in many cases...control Nature. And I can. And I do. In many, many cases. And it has been documented many, many times by now.)

I will now unleash the forces of my mind...as I have been taught to do by the SI's...with enough pinpointed force and pressure...to cause a major quake in the aforementioned area. And to cause a braking motion on the entire Pacific Ocean edge lying next to the land mass there...to further facilitate the quake.
