In the Cleveland area, too, where I telepathied first to the side after I'd written a letter to the scientist. And shortly thereafter, a strange heat wave swung, developed in the northeast and swung down across the states and blanketed Ohio. And in Cleveland, Ohio, there were pictures in all the newspapers of sidewalks buckling, the swimming pools collapsing from the heat, people cooking eggs on the sidewalk. And there was an article in the newspapers about people doing crazy things, calling up the, I think it was the city hall, saying they were from another planet and this, that, and that. This wasn't, what I was doing wasn't, they didn't know about it in Cleveland, you understand. Just the scientists knew about this. And there were storms, power blackouts, and so on.

There were power blackouts in Chicago, too. I forgot to mention that I caused that. I always do that. You knock out the power in all of these demonstrations in these places. Now, if you look over those files, the Chicago file and the Cleveland file, you'll see what I'm talking about. It's all there. It's all documented thoroughly. All of these, now I'm switching from, I'm switching, of course, from rainstorms and so forth to intense heat in Cleveland, which is different. And then we get out to the California demonstration, which the whole world also has that file, the one that Mr. Jeffrey Mishleout got up in front of the Paris Highlands audience. He was a lecturer there, you know, and verified that he worked with doctors, taught and put off, and he could vouch for the fact.

He'd heard doctors talk about the validity of the fact that I'd written to them in advance what I would cause these certain things to happen in California. And following which came five days of snow, or five days later came the freaky snowstorms in Northern California. It was so rare that there were teenagers living in California who had never seen real snow before in their lives. I had told the scientists that we caused power blackouts in California, EMFX, electromagnetic effects, wild storms, lightning attacks, UFOs, whatever. And UFOs appeared in California. A Bigfoot creature came out of Northern California and was seen by many witnesses. There was a huge power blackout all up and down the west coast of California. All of this. It was documented thoroughly there in the files.

All right, now the point I'm making is that Sheriff Lee Cobb couldn't pick up all of these details, all of these various things. This would be an impossibility. All of these things are caused events. I only deal in cause and effect. As far as I'm concerned, there isn't any argument about it whatsoever. If some of my few critics want to argue, let them. There's always critics arguing, you know, everybody. But these are caused events. They're caused to happen by my telepathic to the size. And I tell you, Peter, get with Cohen and go over those files. They should make your hair stand on end. They're fairly documented, and you can see Dr. Fogel's known single affidavit, but perhaps three or four affidavits that he gave me on various.

Phenomena that I told them I would cause to have happen. Another good example of caused effect was when I notified the scientists that Dr. Lange and his associates had just done a telepathic experiment with an Apollo moonshot. And on the next Apollo shot, I would give my own demonstration of the weird effects that I could cause. It wouldn't just be zero cards either, I know I would cause power blackouts in the craft, communications disruption, all sorts of freakish things happen. Anything but to injure or kill the uh the astronauts which I didn't want and um you can see that file Colin has that file and I literally disrupted the whole the whole mission of that Apollo flight. Everything happened that I said would happen, EMF weird effects, um things that have never happened on any other space shot happened on that flight.

This size really gave it a go over and uh they even followed it onto the moon and uh we ran the major experiments that had been set up by causing the astronauts to trip and fall down over the over the experiment which had been set up on the ground, and then just to just to show how thorough the size work. All right now the letter I'd sent to the scientists I'd specified the astronauts could not be hurt or killed, okay after they got down on the ground and their suits. Had been unstuck because they while they were up there they uh I was already pulled out I think doing a lecture. Their suits had all gotten stuck on them because orange juice got loose inside their suits and glued everything together.

Now, after we got back to Earth, the craft was parked and was being checked out, and it blew up. It exploded in the hangar. You see, in other words, the PKFX were still after the craft, but it waited until the astronauts got out and were safe, and then it blew up the craft. It's all right there in our file. Paul has my hands. We'll have next week, I suppose, Peter. So be sure to see that. Well, that isn't precognition. I specify different effects that I would cause, and I cause them. Cause them to happen. If I just said that the flight would be a success, it would be a failure. Well, that could be precognition, as a general.

But when I say that I will create specific things to happen, and I'll do a variety of them, and then cause them to happen, you couldn't possibly argue that that could be simple precognition. Cohen has another good fire in his hands. A few years ago, a volcano exploded in Sicily. And the huge streams of lava, molten lava, were running down toward the villages on the side of the volcano. And I immediately wired Dr. Harnick, Northwestern University, that I would do the following. I would stop the slides by freezing them, stopping them, solidifying them. Or I would use other-dimensional force to force them around the villages so that not a village would be touched. The villages would be saved. And he wrote me back and told me, well, it wouldn't bother about, let nature take its course.

And I wrote him back that I worked with nature and controlled nature at times, with a size. Well, I went to work, fell apart to the size, made my PK map, went to work day by day by day, and followed the radio and TV accounts of this. And sure enough, I think there were five huge lava wells, a mile wide each. I guess eight feet high, both of them were pouring down. Five in all came down the sides of the volcano toward the villages. Now, all the villagers mourned for their lives because they were pinpointed right at these villages, you understand. Okay. The slides, each one of them, either stopped short of the villages, just frozen places. or slid around the villages and went harmlessly off. And not one village was harmed or touched.

Now, you couldn't call it a pre-cop because even the newspapers in advance said that these villages were going to be wiped out because they were right in the path of these huge lava slides. All right, that's just another example. I might add here that if you argue that it could have been a million-to-one pre-cognitive shot that I could produce a UFO for Dr. Max Fogel over in Virginia at a certain time, a certain place, all of the police would be required in the newspapers. All right. I did the very same thing when a group of prominent businessmen invited my wife and child and I up to Brewer, Maine.

And Mr. Ed Ames of the Ames Real Estate in Breaux, Maine, met us at the airport. And when we got in the car, I told him, I said, Mr. Ames, we'll be here for two weeks. And while we're here, I intend to produce a UFO over this area that can be seen by the people. We'll create EM effects, electromagnetic effects. And this has to be reported in newspapers, to be violent for the demonstration. He said, well, all right. Exactly one week later, a huge UFO appeared over the Brewer area, knocked out car radios and car lights and so forth, seen by many witnesses, and it was written up in a newspaper, and Mr. Ed Ames gave me his signed affidavit on that. So you see, you have two identical happenings.

I'm now producing a UFO over a certain place for a certain time to create certain effects. And, of course, you're free to check this out, Mr. Ed Ann's real estate, and Brewer May will get him. Okay. Everything is documented up and open on the billboard. Another beautiful demonstration that I gave, which could not possibly be precognitive.

Control of a giant radar installation, an FAA installation, near my home here in Virginia, near Cape Charles. It's on the eastern shore. And I'll tell you how it came about. One afternoon, the UFOs communicated with me while I was at home and told me to get to a radar installation. Now, I didn't know anything about radar. I didn't know anything about an installation. But I did know that there was one man in town here, Mr. Bill Richards, who worked in Rome. So I called him up, and I told him what had happened. He knows a little about my work. He's an extremely intelligent man. And I said I didn't know what to do because I didn't have access to radar or anything.

No, he says, I can have you inside this giant radar installation where I'll work tonight if you like. He says it's a sensitive area. It's under security, but I think it can be arranged. All right. He picked me up and took me to the radar installation. And he took me. You have to go up in the elevator. It's a huge, giant bubble, a huge dome way up in the air. And they have computers and a lot of other stuff in there. And he showed me the radar board, a huge, solid desktop thing with a circle, you know, with the arm going around the circle, and tried to explain it to me, make it simple for him, because I'm non-mechanical. But anyway, I told him that I intended to produce UFOs on his radar screen as a demonstration.

All right. Shortly thereafter, 25 strange blips appeared in a circle on the screen, which he could not identify. Now, he's been doing this for 30 years, and he stated, 'He said, these are ships.' He said, 'these are planes.' He said, 'this circle of this, I have never seen the likes of these before.' I can't explain these, this circle. Okay. A little while later, a second huge circle appeared around the first huge circle. Approximately 40 or 50 UFOs appeared on the radar screen in that length of time. I guess we were there about three hours, I guess, I suppose. And before we concluded, he got very excited, and I said, what are you very excited about? He said, well, look at that. That's a spoke. I said, well, that's a spoke.

He said, it's a strobe. He said, it shows that there's tremendous power over this location where we are right now, this very spot. And I said, well, perhaps this is my brain, my half-alien brain. Let's give it a test. I said, I'll hit your radar scope here with everything, all the power of my mind, and let's see if I can get you some more strokes. Or spokes or strobes he said, 'All right so I hit the I attacked the radar scope as I would a pro football team when I control pro football teams which I do and uh the whole screen lighted up literally, the arm went around wherever arm went there were spokes and strobes it was just like one huge Christmas tree, lasted from two to three minutes and he he uh literally ran to a telephone and um Okay.

But it wasn't over yet. We concluded the demonstration there, and he gave me a signed affidavit to this. But as we were going down the elevator after the demonstration to go home, I took a breath. I said, 'Good Lord, do you realize what happened? I hit this area with PK, attack PK.' I said, look out now for ships and planes going down in Chesapeake Bay. This is what the thing covered, you know, radar. Because of this attack, I've used well, just a few days later, an Air Force Phantom fell down into Chesapeake Bay. And then a couple days later, another Phantom became crippled over Chesapeake Bay and just managed to crash land onto the field. A few days later, a $16 million experimental plane crashed into Chesapeake Bay. And this kept on going.
