The Si's have just successfully completed another "miracle", which I have dutifully reported, for them and from them, to you.
As you know, I sent you, some time ago, a message from the Si's...saying that they would give a world-wide demonstration of violent savage weather phenomena...earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tornados, hurricanes and so on.
This has come about in dramatic fashion...Worst avalanches in 30 years in Europe; worst floods in history in Romania and Germany; worst tornado to ever hit Texas (clobbered Lubbock recently); worst earthquake in 20 years to strike Peru (last week); and the list goes on and on, long long list...since I sent you that letter.
Now...also in that letter I told you that the Si's would appear and be reported in the newspapers...as their "signature" to the reality of the whole situation, of them, and their link with me.
This morning this "signature" appeared in the newspaper here in Norfolk, The Virginian Pilot, as follows: "RA 2 CREW SIGHTS UFO IN ATLANTIC. Clearwater, Fla. (UPI)--A radio message Friday from explorer Thor Heyerdahl's papyrus boat Ra 2 said crewmen sighted an unidentified flying object (UFO) on their voyage across the Atlantic Ocean toward Mexico. The message, by shortwave radio from navigator Norman Baker, said the UFO moved across the horizon for several minutes and disappeared in "a bright orange flash." The North American Air Defense Command, headquartered at Colorado Springs, Colorado, doubted that the UFO could have been connected with any space shot. An officer at NORAD suggested, "It might have been a meteor." Baker said the sighting was made Thursday morning as the Ra 2 made good headway in a voyage that started last month from the Moroccan port of Safi. Heyerdahl is trying to prove that ancient Egyptians could have used papyrus boats to bring their culture to the Western Hemisphere centuries before Columbus landed. At last report, Ra 2 was 750 miles west of the African coast in the mid-Atlantic. One member of the crew, Ait Madani, spotted the UFO as he was at the helm of the Ra 2."
I am very excited about this...it has been a beautiful, perfectly executed demonstration by the Si's, for you.
Now I believe, I hope, they will stop the earthquakes and other savage destructive weather phenomena...I asked them to last week, when Peru was devastated. They produced the weather phenomena and "signed" the demonstration with this nationally-reported UPI newspaper write-up of their dramatic appearance to the Ra 2. Perhaps it is the end of the demonstration. I hope so. But...I don't know for sure, either. At any rate they've told you, as plainly as can be, that they are responsible for the world-wide floods, quakes, etc., that have taken place. THIS HAS ENORMOUS IMPLICATIONS, as is quite obvious to you.
Now, I'd like a confirmation on this, if any of you would care to give me one, for my files. Because remember...it is only by this means that I have been able to prove my link with the Si's this far.; It is vital to my work. So...any volunteers? (Of course the new "members" of the Contacts will not have this letter I sent which set up the world-wide weather demonstration followed by the Si "signature," so they couldn't confirm anything if they wanted to.)

Now, since some of you are new members of my Contact group (and I must apologize for using that term to Brinsley in London, since my contacts are a relative handful of people and Brinsley's CONTACT is a world-wide organization...but how else to put it?) so at this point I'll fill you in on what the SI's (UFO intelligences) are doing.
Because a friend in London asked me to have the SI's demonstrate in England, currently...I have contacted Control (top SI intelligence) and requested that the SI's (1) appear over England in numbers, (2) cause weather aberrations around the area of England, and (3) cause the wide appearance of "ghosts" and "poltergeists" in the area of England. I specified for a time-frame the month of June.
Of course, I do not know whether they will comply or not. They do not like other humans to suggest experiments...practically all of the "miracles" I've demonstrated through the SI's have been thought up by the SI's and dictated to me...by the SI's. But...I'm trying, with this.
And let me explain another problem: the SI's have a different "time" than our time. They have to work from their dimension into our dimension through "time windows". I.e., instead of the above phenomena happening in June...it could take place in July or August. This has occurred before. The phenomena does in fact occur...but out of the time-frame I try to force it into.
A friend in New York and a friend in New Jersey...have requested I ask the SI's to appear and thus create more interest in UFO's than is currently being shown by the layman on the street. I have taken this request to "Control" who has promised me that they will appear (as they just have) and be written up in newspapers and mags, to stir up more interest in them.
The SI's had promised my Contacts "an earthquake summer"...i.e., violent, savage weather phenomena around the world...to continue through the summer into the fall season. Peru was the latest country to be struck. And day before yesterday 12 towns in Oklahoma, I believe it was, were chewed up by tornados. These are the most recent events. I have a hunch the SI's will strike our east or west coast with a big earthquake during the summer; and I have sound reasons behind that hunch.
The SI's some time ago...stated they would harass the Pan-Am (and now other airlines) Jumbo Jet 747's. They have done so very much; their latest actions being the Pan-Am 747 that went off the runway at NY last week; and the shooting on board the Pan-Am 747 last week. You can watch this harassment with interest, knowing it is SI-caused.
This coming fall...the SI's are going to "PK" all football stadiums where pro football teams will play...which will cause freak accidents and injuries...and have the effect of causing pro football teams to be regular traveling hospital wards.
After the appearance...of some articles coming out in July and August about them...the SI's will reward humans for it...(because it is of the utmost importance to them to have their work known around the world)...by not touching or interfering with the next Apollo shot (they certainly "touched and interfered" with the last two Apollo shots!)

The SI's are going to cause something strange and unusual...to happen in the Washington, D.C. area, as you know from a recent communication from me; and they are going to "spank" the Miami, Florida area in some way, for reasons of their own.
I believe that's the extent, right now...of what they are working on, and reporting to you through me.
Before I forget it...let me explain an interesting point. The term "SI" as you know...stands for Space Intelligence, or "Saucer" Intelligence, if you will. However, just recently...the SI's have added to my education from them...by adding sound to the symbols which they've given me to use with them for purposes of communication. This for the first time...and I've been communicating with them for five years now just with symbols. So they've just taught me how to combine sound with the symbols. All right. So now I'm using Sound and Images, right? Which also, if you put that together, comes to "SI". Interesting coincidence.
Why the sound with the mental images I use? The best I can explain, from the little explanation they've given me...is that the sound acts as a carrier of the image, giving the mental image more force and carries it truer...they gave me the example of my throwing a light knife (remember I'm a pro knife-thrower) which can wobble and waver in flight and drop off-target. But by adding an amount of tape to the handle... enough weight is given to the knife to throw it hard and true. And so it is with the different and varied sounds they give me to go along with the mental images I'm supposed to use in various assignments they give me.
That's it for now. I won't be able to write you very often, because of no postage and no money and very little time to write. But I'll try to keep you abreast of the SI's actions as often as I can, because it is of prime importance to them, and to you, that I do so.
