June 20, 1970.....TO ALL CONTACTS
Writing you very good news. Through the past few years you've seen me write in advance...that I would cause this major power blackout, produce multiple hurricanes for the season, end the drought on the East Coast, end the killer-drought in India...and so on and on. Now, at long last, two top scientists have checked me out, my work out...and I have letters from them stating that they are willing to be one of my regular Contacts and observe this continuing "PK"/Si phenomena as it occurs. I deeply regret that they were not in on all the earlier miracles...but, better late than never, as the saying goes. They will now watch, objectively...not disbelieving, not believing...but being the top scientists that they are, in the U.S., constantly observing what the Si's are doing to prove their (Si) reality and their communication with me as their human observer. These two scientists are:
Dr. Leo Sprinkle
University of Wyoming
Dr. J. Allen Hynek
Northwestern University
It is entirely possible...that with these two eminent gentlemen coming into this action as observers...that in the near time ahead...we may be communicating with the Si's face to face, somehow, somewhere. Which, of course, has been my goal all along.
(2) On June 16, 1970, an article appeared in the Ledger-Star newspaper here...to the effect that this area is in a terrible drought. Naturally, seeing this, I contacted the Si's, and they gave the go-ahead. (Remember the chain of storms I made in Phila. and it was confirmed in the newspaper story there? As well as other places; Miami, Florida, more recently.) So I gave Mrs. Niki Dyer, a court-reporter in this office, a document stating (1) I would make it rain substantially here in this area within one week from 6/16; (2) I would keep it raining in this area all the summer long; (3) I would give this area such a soaking as to be almost beyond belief; (4) It would all be marked, the storms, with my own personal trademark...heavy lightning attacks; (5) I will try to bring a hurricane up from lower Florida this season...to shed more rain on this area. Now: I also sent this notice to the Editor of the Ledger-Star.
Since that time...this area has had two night-storms, and today a rocking-socking rainstorm accompanied by spectacular lightning! I want to quote you from that news article: "Let's see, the last time it rained was uhhh...June 6. But that was hardly worth remembering...only .28 inches. June 5 was worse. Only .01 inch fell - not enough to justify even one bar of "Singing in the Rain." The dry weather is having a serious effect on area crops lawns and shrubbery. If it (corn) receives no meaningful rainfall within two weeks, the corn crop will be a disaster.".....
Well, Contacts, I've helped that situation already, within the week, as I specified in writing.

P.S. If you think it is easy to bring this about...consider that the various elements of weather combinations along the eastern seaboard and elsewhere must be put together like a jig-saw puzzle to bring about this desired effect!
