-- The following IMPORTANT article appeared in the newspaper, Virginnian-Pilot, this morning, this date: "QUAKES, EARTH-WOBBLE LINKED". .Washington (UPI) -- "The spinning earth is reaching the peak of its seven-year "wobble" cycle, and scientists fear as a result that 1971 may see an upsurge in devastating earthquakes. The possibility of an increase in major quakes was reported Wednesday by the National Ocean Survey, an agency of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). For some reason its north-south axis wobbles a bit as the earth revolves every 24 hours. For some reason this motion reaches a maximum every seven years.

Studies in recent years have suggested a connection between the polar wobble and its possible quake-producing effects on the planet's structure. Charles A. Whitten, chief geodist of the National Ocean Survey, said 1971 "should be a critical year." "This is the year in the seven-year cycle of the earth's wobbling when," he said, "the daily shift of the pole reaches its maximum." Whitten noted that as the cycle was building toward the maximum, 1970 witnessed the Peruvian earthquake, the most devastating ever to strike the Western Hemisphere. It killed 50,000 to 70,000 people. The correlation has been so strong, Whitten said, that "I intend to keep 'tuned in' for the next year or two, inasmuch as the daily movement of the pole is increasing and the number of fairly large earthquakes has increased. Records of the last 20 years, he said, whow that most of the major quakes of that period "occurred during or close to the peak years." Some scientists think earthquakes contribute to the earth's spin wobble. OTHERS THINK THE WOBBLE TRIGGERS EARTHQUAKES. Whitten feels it may work both ways: THE WOBBLE MAY TRIGGER QUAKES WHICH IN TURN ACCENTUAGE THE WOBBLE. (Otto, this is the mechanism of a basic neurosis in a human...tension causing symptoms, which causes more symptoms...Ted) IN ANY CASE, THE BASIC SOURCE OF THE WOBBLE AND ITS CYCLICAL NATURE REMAINS A MYSTERY...."

Now, Otto, look at YOUR ARTICLE in last September Saga mag: p. 52: "Ted Owens still has fascinating revelations about the Space Intelligences: for instance, how they produce earthquakes. Owens reveals that: "There are four great SI craft positioned around our globe. It is these four craft that I wish to give a demonstration of earthquakes all around the world, as have done twice for government agencies and scientists (note: and once for Otto and Saga. Ted) Asking how big those four UFO's are, you get a staggering answer: "These craft are so big, we couldn't even imagine their size...As to just how they create earthquakes: "After I signaled them, they emitted an electromagnetic effect that slightly affected the rate of the earth's spin or movement, causing earthquakes, floods, and unusual weathers....able to grip the whole planet and give it a slight wrench which of course would cause 'wobble'. Ted).

See how these two articles have an affinity for each other? Now, also in one of your Saga articles you wonder, in print, that the "Emmy-Emma" four UFO's can generate so much EM power. Well, they don't. They draw it, to the best of my knowledge, from another source...which I think is Jupiter. You know that I've stated the Si's are basically from another dimension, that they HO down deep inside our earth...but that for some reason, they have an operation involving Jupiter. (This is in my material in several places, where people have questioned me.)

Now, Otto, this leads us to another newsclip taken from the paper today, 2/4/71, in part as follows:

"JUPITER MAY BE MORE STAR THAN PLANET, EXPERT SAYS." XMH By George Getze, Times/Post News Service. "Jupiter, the biggest planet in the Solar System, may be radiating more energy than it receives from the Sun, according to an

astrophysicist of the U.S. Geological Survey. This would mean that Jupiter is really a star and not a planet in the generally accepted sense. Robert Wildey of the Center of Astrogeology at Flagstaff, Arizona, said one of the most significant of Jupiter's "many enigmas" is the possibility that it is sending out into space about twice as much energy as it gets from the Sun...."It may be that Jupiter hasn't quite finished 'falling together' into a rigid planet created from interstellar debris," Wildey said. "If so, its proper generation is really the conversion of the energy of gravity. It is generating its own output of energy (note: caused by some Si operation? Ted.) we may have to consider Jupiter, instead of Alpha Centauri, the nearest star except for the Sun itself."

(Note: now at this point let me remind that in a recent Saga article the writer said that NASA officials had pointed to Alpha Centauri...and indicated they believed the UFO's emanated from that location. Presumably because it was the nearest star. Well, then, if Jupiter is the nearest star...then what I have been saying for some years re the Si's could be correct...Jupiter, the point of UFO emanation. You see? Actually I do not believe it's the point of UFO emanation...but an alternate HQ the Si's have, away from earth, FOR A POWER SOURCE THEY CAN'T GET HERE. And I also believe they can DRAW on this Jupiter power source, by some means, to create phenomena here...as well as from their own dimension. Ted.)..... "He added that nobody is quite sure why Jupiter should have its own power generation."

Therefore the picture as I see it...and these articles tend to rather confirm it...is that the four giant UFO's at the corners of the earth...can draw, by some means, by remote control, power from Jupiter (that they cannot get, or cannot use, from their own dimension, to affect the rate of spin of our earth. And it's my contention...that they have manufactured, created, somehow this huge power-radiation on Jupiter...which they utilize to power their craft or some of their craft, somehow...and to make our earth 'wobble' when they want to, for reasons of their own...AND TO PRODUCE OTHER POWER-CAUSED EFFECTS either earth-related, or non-earth related.

And being part Si myself...as I've pointed out before...I do have a hazy insight into what they are, what they are doing, etc...that no other humans have. I could be correct; as I have been correct in other ways, in these key points.

Going back to the first article I typed for you, note: "the daily movement of the pole is increasing and the number of fairly large earthquakes has increased." This could be due to the fact that they have not cut off our "Saga" demonstration...i.e., as you know they started with 'small' quakes and graduated into the Peru and Pakistan horrors. This could be building into a climax, ending in a horrendous U.S. quake...which I think will occur.

And the astrophysicist points out: "The basic source of the wobble and its cyclical nature...remains a mystery." Not to me, it doesn't. The article does point out...that just recently two of the worst catastrophes in history occurred; Peru and Pakistan. What does this have to do with "every seven years"?
